Frostbatch is built to resize, convert, compress, and upscale your images on your Mac. This policy explains what information is handled by the app, the website, and support.

Mac app image processing

The Frostbatch Mac app processes your images locally on your device. Your image files are not uploaded to Frostbatch servers for resizing, conversion, compression, or AI upscaling.

Support email

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, logs, or example details about your workflow. Use image.resizer.tech@gmail.com for privacy or support questions.

Purchases

Purchases made through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple. Direct purchases or licensing may be handled by payment and license providers, and those providers process payment information under their own privacy policies.

Web editor

The free web editor sends selected images over HTTPS to our processing server. Previews for formats your browser cannot display are also generated there. Image data is held temporarily for each request, is not saved to a database or image library, and is released after processing, failure, or cancellation. Downloads and ZIP archives are assembled in your browser. Closing or refreshing the page clears the editor. The API uses temporary IP-based counters to limit requests; these expire automatically. We do not log image contents or filenames. Hosting providers may process basic technical information to deliver the website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and how people use Frostbatch’s website, including adding images, processing batches, downloading results, and clicking the Mac app link. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives usage and browser information. Our custom events include counts, processing options, and outcomes; they do not include your images, filenames, or image download URLs. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

This policy may be updated as Frostbatch changes. The current version will remain available at this page.
